Fortnite – Season 8 begins
What’s new in Fortnite? On February 28, 2019, Season 8 of Fortnite finally started. As usual, the season promises quite a bit of crazy new content. The theme revolves around Pirates and Monsters.
Additionally, the map is breaking apart and there are new areas, including a volcano and a lagoon. A new battle pass with tons of goodies is also included. Furthermore, the competition from the new battle royale game Apex Legends is likely to further enhance Fortnite’s development throughout the season.
Developers are said to have already considered a respawn system similar to Apex. A ping system for better team communication is already in place.
Why you should play Fortnite in Season 8?
Fortnite is set to become much more extensive and exciting in Season 8. Just the competition with Apex Legends is sure to bring about more changes and features.
