The Division 2 – Ubisoft’s big Loot Shooter
What is The Division 2? The Division 2 is a new loot shooter from Ubisoft. The game continues the story of the first part and takes you from New York to Washington DC.
There, starting from March 15, 2019, new challenges await you in the fight for order in the disaster-ravaged USA. An open beta begins on March 1.
What’s included in The Division 2?
Fans of loot shooter gameplay from The Division will also get their money’s worth in the 2nd part. It offers a story campaign, a sophisticated loot system with many RPG mechanics such as skills, perks, and equipment.
The game already features the following at release:
- Story campaign (which continues into the endgame)
- 2 PvP modes
- 3 Dark Zones (PvEvP area)
- Specializations
- Invaded missions
The 8-player raid is planned for after the release.
Why should you play The Division 2?
If you liked the predecessor, you can look forward to some new features. Many from the first part have also been significantly revamped. Additionally, The Division 2 offers plenty of material for many different player types.
You can either play it solo or even embark on future raids with up to 8 players. There are plenty of PvE and PvP activities, and the game will be supplied with further content after release.
