ARK: Survival Evolved is a survival MMO where you are dropped into a world full of dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures with many other players. You need to survive and get by.

ARK: Survival Evolved – The rocky road from Early Access to Full Release
Ark: Survival Evolved started in 2015 as an early access title. After more than two years, during which there were considerable performance and exploit issues, it was finally released as a full version on August 29, 2017 (even on physical media! How prehistoric!).
But that is not the end, as Ark relies on new content coming via season pass and DLCs. Ark: Survival Evolved is available on PC as well as on consoles PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The setting of Ark is based on fantasy and spices it up with a good dose of science fiction. Cool animated dinosaurs run around everywhere, crafted in detail after their prehistoric models.

You can not only hunt and utilize all these creatures. You can also try your hand at taming and train such a prehistoric beast. The beast then serves as a powerful mount for you.
