What is Destiny 2? Destiny 2 is a well-known and popular loot shooter from Bungie. In it, you shoot through hordes of hostile aliens and collect loot to improve your character, the Guardian.
Since September 2019, the base game of the shooter has been Free2Play. It was an immediate success on Steam after its release. The new expansion Shadowkeep, on the other hand, must be purchased once.
These are the highlights of Destiny 2
Destiny 2 is a shooter that includes many MMO and RPG elements. A large PvE world awaits you, which you can explore and where you can equip and level your Guardian. Exciting dungeons for up to three players also await you.
You have three different classes to choose from when selecting your character:
- Hunter
- Warlock
- Titan
All of them also have different subclasses through which you can specialize further.
If you don’t just want to fight against monsters, you can also compete against other players in Destiny 2 in PvP.
Players have often proven that you can invest a lot of time in Destiny and have fun while doing it. We have collected 5 impressive achievements from various Guardians.
Why should you play Destiny 2 in December?
On December 10, the Season 9 in Destiny 2 is expected to start. It will be called Season of the Dawn, and your task will be to “fix the timeline”. Something seems to be going wrong in the battle against the Vex, who can move through time.
At the beginning of the season, there will be an update that is expected to bring numerous sandbox adjustments and quality of life changes. Some nerfs are already known.
Destiny is, after Call of Duty, the most profitable first-person shooter series currently available. It’s definitely worth checking out the shooter now that the base game is Free2Play.
