Destiny 2 has many years behind it, giving players the chance to accumulate items and achievements that are now considered rare. Therefore, we show you the rarest things from the loot shooter. Do you have any of them?
What are these items? This is a small collection of various items in Destiny 2 that players could obtain, but are no longer available. You had to either be there from the beginning or engage in the most difficult activities at the time to even have a chance at these items or things.
Primarily, this concerns armor, weapons, and cosmetic items. We will show you which items these are and what you had to do to get them.
Faction Fight Armors
What are these items? These are the armors and ornaments of the faction fights. This event started in Season 2 and 3 and had Guardians compete against each other in the name of the three available factions:
- Future War Cult
- New Monarchy
- Dead Orbit
Unfortunately, the event was unpopular and caused fans to grind in a dull manner for faction tokens in countless Lost Sectors and other grindy activities. The event never returned, and so the opportunity to obtain these ornaments faded away.
Trials of the Nine Armors (Flawless)
What are these items? When the Trials of the Nine replaced the Trials of Osiris, there were three sets of ornaments that players could obtain. Parts of this armor were only awarded to those who had achieved a Flawless Ticket (9 wins without a single loss) and then won additional matches.
The armor is a real eye-catcher, and anyone who sees it knows that they had to sacrifice a lot of nerves to obtain a set. Unfortunately, the armor can no longer be earned because the mode was replaced by the Trials of Osiris.
Items from the Leviathan Raid
Which items are meant? The Leviathan raid offered various variations of its encounters, as well as different loot. However, some of these items are rarer than one might think. Especially the emote “Luxurious Toast” from the Eater of Worlds or the ghost shell “Adept Shell” from the normal Leviathan Raid is considered very rare due to their low drop chances at the time.
But the special challenge armor from the Eater of Worlds is also a sign that you faced the most difficult activities back then and emerged victorious.
Redrix Claymore and its Ornament
What kind of weapon is this? Redrix Claymore should not be confused with Redrix Broadsword. The pulse rifle from Season 3 could be obtained by Guardians from the Crucible, when they reached the fourth glory rank “Famous” in Competitive. If you then achieved the “Legendary” rank, Shaxx would grant you the super-rare ornament “Glory and Honor”.
Items from the Revelry and Crimson
Which items are meant? The Revelry (Spring event) and Crimson (Valentine’s Day event) are both events that have been removed from the game. Both had a lot of cosmetic content that fans could obtain according to their themes. If you still have these in your collection, you’re lucky, as they will not return (as of November 21, 2024).
