Overcooked 2 – War in the Kitchen
What is Overcooked 2? In Overcooked, you take on the roles of various chefs and must work together or against each other to serve your guests with different dishes. You process ingredients, cook, fry, or bake them, and finally place them on a plate to present to your guests. The gameplay sounds simple at first, but the twist lies in the different maps where the cooking duels take place.
In Overcooked 2, for example, you can cook on a hot air balloon, where the individual components constantly move across the map, making it necessary to look ahead to have the right ingredients ready at the right time. Your guests do not like burnt food at all.

Why should you play it together? While you can certainly enjoy Overcooked with up to four friends, both online and offline, the game becomes much more chaotic with 4 avatars running around, somewhat uncoordinated, with the mission to prepare the requested food as quickly as possible.
Therefore, Overcooked plays best when there are just two of you. This way, the two players can coordinate and maintain a more or less organized work environment, depending on how much the situation allows it.
Moreover, it is generally easier to bring only one additional person together at home. Couples are of course particularly well-suited. But be careful: In Overcooked, plates can sometimes literally fly. Emotional word battles with your partner are pre-programmed. Effective communication to find the right strategy is key in Overcooked.

Price: Overcooked is available for PC, Mac, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch for a price of around €25.
Overcooked can be played on one screen.
