In this sci-fi film, the drug dealer Fontain dies but wakes up the next day. This happens every day. To unravel this mystery, he teams up with Slick Charles, played by Jamie Foxx, and Yo-Yo, played by Teyonah Parris.

The film is a darkly comedic take that employs classic time-loop elements. At its core, however, the story deals with the gentrification of social structures and the racism inherent in them.

Above all, it is John Boyega and Jamie Foxx who are the stars of the film and provide a true highlight through their absurd roles and strong performances.
