Not only Evil Dead combined horror with comedy. Vegans Taste Better also attempts to do so and tells the story of a butcher shop that, through roundabout ways, gets a taste for human flesh. This results in funny situations, which are always conveyed with a wink.
At its core, the film deals with veganism, cheap meat, and the environment. It addresses many topics that are relevant today. Despite the humorous trailer, however, you can expect a bloody satire that requires a strong stomach.
