After the launch of Destiny 2 Shadowkeep, we present some powerful builds for your Guardians that should quickly cause quite a bit of trouble among enemy ranks.
Where do the builds come from? The ideas for the builds come from YouTuber Atzecross Gaming, who, like our author Sven, was able to get hands-on with Shadowkeep last week.
The YouTuber has thought about how we Guardians can benefit from the new changes and effectively combat the forces of darkness after his time at Bungie. He has already developed several combinations of different subclasses, exotic armors, and suitable artifact mods that could prove to be quite helpful in Shadowkeep.

What actually changes with Shadowkeep? With the fall expansion Shadowkeep, several profound changes await us Guardians. The most interesting changes for PvE are as follows:
- With the new armor system Armor 2.0, you should gain enormous freedom in character development. Not only visually can your Guardian be individualized, but specialized and effective fighters can also be created.
- The new seasonal artifact progressively gives you access to unique mods. These are almost essential for success in certain endgame activities. Particularly, Void and Arc subclasses can benefit from the artifact mods.
Void Titan Build 1
Subclass: Sentinel – Code of the Protector
Exotic Armor: Doom Fang Pauldron
Melee attacks give you Super energy back with this Exotic.
He does not recommend any special artifact mods in this case.
How to play this build: Pay attention to the overall armor setup focusing on the Strength stat. This will reduce the cooldown time for your next melee attack. Because melee kills grant you and your allies health and, when the ability is charged, even an overshield.
Additionally, you can recharge your Super faster with melee attacks in combination with the exotic gloves if you continuously pummel enemies.
If you then activate your Super “Dusk Shield,” affectionately known as Titan Bubble, you not only have a protective dome, but also benefit from the new buff “Weapons of Light.” This strengthens the damage of every Guardian who enters the bubble by 35% for 15 seconds.

Subclass: Sentinel – Code of the Commander
Exotic Armor: Heart of the Innermost Light
The perk Overflowing Light grants you an enhancement for the remaining abilities after using one of the 3 Titan abilities (melee, grenade, or barricade) and recharges them faster.
Suitable artifact mods:
- Overloading Grenades: Void grenades disrupt, delaying ability energy regeneration and decreasing damage dealt by fighters. Strong against Overload Champions. (Energy cost: 4)
- Oppressive Darkness: Damage caused by Void grenades applies a weakening effect to enemies. (Energy cost: 6)
How to play this build: The middle Sentinel tree has the ability to attach detonators to your foes when hitting them with Void abilities. These will explode after dealing some damage, chaining Void damage across the battlefield.
Thanks to all the explosions, your Titan and the Guardians nearby heal themselves. Additionally, allies gain a quicker cooldown for grenades and melee attacks.
The goal should be to continuously have an empowered ability (Super, grenades, or melee attack) ready to keep the enemy masses at bay.
