There are exciting new releases in the PS Store this week. We present four new games as well as a large new expansion for PS4 players.

NBA 2K20
What is NBA 2K20? This is a sports game by 2K where everything revolves around basketball. In MyCAREER mode, you get to prove yourself both on and off the court and meet real stars – because in this story-driven career mode, there’s a cast of many stars.
Among the major innovations is an improved, dynamic MyPlayer-builder, which allows you to change many details about your player – over 100 archetypes and 50 new badges are available.
For the first time ever, all teams of the WNBA, the women’s professional basketball league in North America, will be included in a title of the NBA 2K series.
Additionally, this year’s installment is said to deliver a better motion engine, improved ball handling, better reactions in defense, and upgrades for the game AI.

Final Fantasy VIII Remastered
What is Final Fantasy VIII Remastered? This is a remastered version of Final Fantasy VIII which was originally released on the PS1 in 1999. It brings some improvements, such as updated graphics, modernized gameplay, and new customization options for the gameplay experience and difficulty.
You play as a group of mercenaries called SeeDs in the classic RPG, who undertake military missions around the world. Together with the protagonist of the game, Squall Lionheart, and his friends, you set off to save the world from a mad evil witch.
Who is the game suitable for? With the remastered version, you get the chance to experience the epic story and gameplay of the Final Fantasy classic again – or to play it for the first time if you missed the RPG back then.

WRC 8 FIA World Rally Championship
What is WRC 8 FIA World Rally Championship? WRC stands for the World Rally Championship, considered the king of rally sports – and with this game, you get the latest installment of the WRC series on your PS4.
According to the PS Store, WRC 8 FIA World Rally Championship is the most authentic WRC simulation. Compared to its predecessor from 2017, WRC 8 offers new physics for all surfaces, a new career mode, dynamic weather conditions, 100 tracks, weekly challenges, and an eSports mode.
Who is the game suitable for? For anyone who has always wanted to become a virtual professional rally driver. Since the game costs €59.99, it might initially attract only hardcore rally and motorsport fans.

Torchlight II
What is Torchlight II? This is an action RPG that takes you into a quirky world filled with secrets, treasures, and monsters. You can choose from four customizable classes and team up with up to four players online to crush monsters.
Since Torchlight II offers randomly generated levels and a dynamic world, you can experience new adventures solo or with friends.
Who is Torchlight II suitable for? Torchlight II has been available for PC since 2012, and now you can also play it on PS4. If you like fast-paced hack-and-slash games, you will enjoy Torchlight. The game received predominantly positive reviews on PC (88 out of 100 on Metacritic), with a high replay value and good gameplay flow being particularly emphasized.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne
What is Monster Hunter World: Iceborne? Iceborne is described as a “huge expansion” that expands Monster Hunter World with a new story, new quests, monsters, weapons and armor and a new quest rank. It is said that Iceborne can match the scope of the base game.
You will explore a new snow-covered area where you will face new monsters, such as the mysterious Elder Dragon Velkhana or the fan-favorite Zinogre, which will hit you hard with ice attacks. So make sure to dress warmly.
The base game Monster Hunter World is required to play the Iceborne expansion.
Who is Monster Hunter World: Iceborne suitable for? The expansion primarily targets fans of Monster Hunter World who already own the base game. They can continue their journey as monster hunters.
