What do we know so far about The Odyssey? The Odyssey is an adaptation of Homer’s ancient epic, which describes Odysseus’ journey home after the Trojan War. The cast includes many big names such as Matt Damon as Odysseus, Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong’o, and Charlize Theron.
With a budget of 250 million dollars, The Odyssey is Nolan’s most expensive film to date, a fraction of the 6 billion dollars in revenue that his other films have generated worldwide. He is known not only for Oppenheimer but also for films like Interstellar, Inception, and The Dark Knight.
However, The Dark Knight not only brought a lot of money and thrilled fans. Since the film’s release, Nolan has been plagued by a line from the film that has haunted him to this day.
