More Variety in Weapons and Armor Pieces
In recent months, several items have come into play that made Guardians think: “I’ve seen this somewhere before!” Prominent examples are Abbadon and Nova Mortis, which represent variants of the Thunderlord. The new raid weapons are also based on the weaponsmith’s guns.
In the recent content updates, many items with familiar model design have come out, which were merely repainted. In short: New weapons are cool, recycled weapons are not.
Spaceship Battles
A wish that keeps appearing: Give the ships more significance! Your jump ship has only been there to beautify the loading screen since launch. It would be more exciting if one could customize the ships and equip them with upgrades.
Spaceship battles were already seen in a trailer for “The Taken King”. Some players hoped that their ships might soon have a purpose. Currently, they are still useless, but who knows what Destiny 2 will bring.
60 FPS
Finally, one more wish that is especially important to PvP enthusiasts: 60 FPS. Destiny 2 is expected to utilize the power of a PS4 Pro and a future Xbox Scorpio. Pretty graphics and consistently high FPS are expected from the Destiny sequel.
