One of the biggest aspects of the movies from Marvel are the post-credit scenes, which hint at larger events after a film and build suspense and questions for the viewers. However, they don’t always lead to something. MeinMMO presents you with 10 such scenes that have not been resolved so far.
Which scenes are we talking about? Already in the first MCU film in 2008 (Iron Man), there was a post-credit scene. There, the Avengers Initiative was mentioned. After that, with the exception of Avengers: Endgame, almost all films and many series had such a scene, introducing upcoming events and characters.
However, with the countless films and series, there were also post-credit scenes that have not been resolved to this day. We show you 10 of them in the article.

1. The Villain Scorpion and the Identity of Spider-Man
Film: Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017)
What happens in the scene? In the first post-credit scene in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Scorpion, played by Michael Mando, meets the Vulture, played by Michael Keaton. There, he asks him about the identity of Spider-Man, claiming to know it. His friends would like to take revenge on Spider-Man.
The Vulture denies it and walks away. Since then, the scene has never been picked up again, even though it strongly hints at the Sinister Six. This is a villainous team that regularly tries to take down Spider-Man. Depending on the story, members have included Mysterio, Dr. Octopus, the Green Goblin, Electro, and the Vulture—characters that have appeared in the MCU.
Possible Spoiler about Scorpion in the Future
Will this scene ever be picked up? As we know from set photos (via Screen Rant) for the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Michael Mando will return as Scorpion. From the initial information, it seems that the film is supposed to be more grounded, which fits him well.
A big mystery, however, is the information about his identity. Although it was erased from everyone’s minds by Dr. Strange, Michael Keaton appears again as the Vulture in the film Morbius. However, the Sony film takes place in a different universe, so it is unclear whether the Vulture will even be a relevant character.
