Alma Wade from F.E.A.R.
Alma Wade is the (unpleasant) face of the F.E.A.R. franchise, a ghostly little girl or young woman with supernatural powers who haunts and makes the player paranoid.
In the games, she has 3 different forms that disturb in different ways. In the first form, she is a little girl in a red dress with long, dark hair covering most of her face.
The second variant, her presumably true and current form, is that of a gaunt woman with slimy skin and greasy long hair.
In a third version, Alma is neither a child nor a starving version of herself but a “healthy,” even seductive illusion of an attractive woman who still retains her creepy aura.
