The Teacher from Little Nightmares II
The parts of the “Little Nightmares” franchise play with the concept of powerlessness. There is (hardly) any way to defend against the dangers. You must therefore try to overcome the fears of childhood through careful sneaking and hiding.
As a small child, you navigate through an oversized world full of dangers and dangerous adults, grotesque caricatures of authority figures: janitors, doctors … and in the second part also a teacher for whom the developers came up with something really “great” (with heavy quotation marks).

The terrifying teacher not only possesses an extremely unpleasant smile. She can extend her neck to almost unimaginable lengths to see exactly where the little culprit, alias the player, is. And if she finds you? Then she eats you. A strong educational measure.
The teacher is also a very special opponent in the series due to her anatomy, as she takes away the player’s safety of a place, which typically offers a safe breather across games. Due to her neck, she can shove her head into the little hideouts that only the player could reach. And when you experience that for the first time, you just want to scream.
