You read that right, even Alfred, the loyal butler of the Wayne family, has come out on top in an encounter with Superman. This is surprising because hardly anyone would expect the unassuming character to get involved in a fight.
In the comic “Injustice: Gods Among Us”, which is based on the video game of the same name, it happens: Superman comes into the Batcave and fights Batman. The bat suffers a painful defeat – with a broken spine.
Alfred then takes a pill that makes him as strong as Superman. This secret weapon had been stolen from the Fortress of Solitude by Batman beforehand. Suddenly, Alfred becomes superhumanly strong, faces Superman, and delivers a powerful punch. More blows rain down on the man of steel, and he has to concede defeat.
