Godzilla
- Defeated Superman in: “Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong” (2024)
The Japanese giant lizard has also made it into an adventure of Superman and the Justice League. Namely in “Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong” from 2024. There, Superman and Godzilla face off in Metropolis.
The monster hits Superman directly with its tail and flings him (once again) into the Daily Planet building. Later, there is a direct confrontation, after Superman and his allies fail to drive Godzilla out of Metropolis. The lizard unleashes its enormously powerful atomic breath. Superman counters with his heat vision.
At first, it seems that they are evenly matched. However, then a fateful incident occurs: The hero Shazam intervenes in the fight but falls to the ground and has to be protected by Superman. When Godzilla fires its breath at the two again, Superman steps in between and is severely injured. This means he has lost the fight against the giant lizard.
