Doomsday

Doomsday is undoubtedly one of Superman’s greatest and most dangerous foes. His first major appearance in the comic “The Death of Superman” from 1992 is also among his most impressive. He comes to Earth and begins to destroy it almost unstoppable. Only when the Justice League appears does Doomsday meet competition. However, he wipes the floor with them mercilessly.
Superman is meanwhile in Metropolis. When Doomsday reaches the city, a fierce battle begins between the two. The force of their blows creates massive shockwaves and destroys parts of the city.
In the end, the fight culminates in a finale in front of the Daily Planet – the editorial office where Clark Kent works as a journalist. At the same moment, both Superman and Doomsday execute their strongest attack, which brings both to their knees. Doomsday and Superman die on that day in Metropolis.
